All rights, title, and interest in CHSLOnline, including software, design, logos, text, and databases, belong to Infocare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” Infocare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, including data loss or service disruptions.

CHSLOnline may contain links to third-party websites/services. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or practices. Use third-party services at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infocare Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai/India.
